Privacy Policy — tsunagi

tsunagi（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の情報を次のとおり扱います。
This policy explains how tsunagi ("the app") handles your information.
1. 取得する情報 / Information we access
Google アカウント
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly— 主カレンダーの予定（タイトル・開始/終了時刻・場所・自分の出欠）を、過去30日から今後92日の範囲で読み取ります。予定の作成・変更・削除はしません。openid,email— ログイン中の Google アカウントのメールアドレスを、画面に表示するためだけに使います。
With calendar.readonly, the app reads events on your primary calendar (title, start/end time, location and your RSVP status) from 30 days ago to 92 days ahead. It never creates, edits or deletes events.
With openid and email, it shows which Google account is signed in.
ライフログ
利用者が API キーを設定した場合、Limitless のライフログ（会話の書き起こし）を取得します。
If you enter a Limitless API key, the app retrieves your Limitless lifelogs (conversation transcripts).
2. 使い方 / How we use it
取得した情報は、利用者本人に次の機能を提供するためだけに使います。
- 今日の場面に、その時間の予定をラベルとして付ける
- これからの予定と、今日・過去の場面とのつながりを示す
- 利用者が選んだ思い出から日記を下書きし、翌朝の「ナラティブ天気予報」を作る
Information is used only to provide these features to you: labelling the scenes of your day with your events, showing links between your upcoming plans and your past and present moments, and drafting your diary and morning "narrative forecast".
3. 保存場所 / Where data is stored
本アプリは利用者自身のコンピューター（または利用者が管理するサーバー）で動きます。カレンダーの予定、ログインのトークン、日記は、その端末の中にだけ保存されます。 トークンは本人だけが読める権限（600）のファイルに保存します。開発者のサーバーに送ったり、開発者が閲覧したりすることはありません。
The app runs on your own computer (or a server you control). Calendar events, sign-in tokens and diaries are stored only on that device; tokens are stored in a file readable only by you. Nothing is sent to or viewed by the developer.
4. 第三者への送信 / Sharing with third parties
日記・場面のラベル・予定とのつながりの文章を作るため、予定のタイトル・時刻・場所とライフログの一部を、OpenAI の API に送ります。 OpenAI の API に送られたデータは、OpenAI のモデルの学習には使われません（OpenAI API data usage policies）。 それ以外の第三者に、利用者の情報を提供・販売することはありません。
To generate diary text, scene labels and links to upcoming plans, event titles, times and locations and parts of your lifelogs are sent to the OpenAI API. Data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI's models. We do not share or sell your information to anyone else.
5. Google ユーザーデータの扱い / Google user data
本アプリによる Google API から受け取った情報の利用および他アプリへの転送は、 Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use の要件を含む）に従います。
tsunagi's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google ユーザーデータは、上記の利用者向け機能の提供・改善にだけ使います。
- 広告（ターゲティング広告・リターゲティング・興味関心に基づく広告）には使いません。
- 販売しません。
- 人が読むことはありません（利用者の同意がある場合、セキュリティ上の目的、法令上必要な場合を除く）。
- 汎用の AI・機械学習モデルの開発・改善・学習には使いません。
- Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.
- It is not used for advertising, including targeted, retargeted or interest-based ads.
- It is not sold.
- No human reads it, except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.
- It is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
6. 削除と取り消し / Deletion and revocation
- 本アプリの ⚙ から Google をログアウトすると、トークンを Google 側で失効させ、端末から削除します。
- Google アカウントの サードパーティ アクセス からも、いつでも権限を取り消せます。
- 保存された予定・日記は、本アプリのデータフォルダを削除すれば消えます。
Signing out of Google from the app's settings (⚙) revokes the token with Google and deletes it from your device. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page. Stored events and diaries are removed by deleting the app's data folder.
7. 変更 / Changes
このポリシーを変えるときは、このページを更新し、制定日を改めます。
If this policy changes, this page and its effective date will be updated.
