1. 本アプリについて / About the app
tsunagi（以下「本アプリ」）は、研究のために開発している試作のアプリです。本アプリを使うことで、この規約に同意したものとします。
tsunagi is a research prototype. By using it, you agree to these terms.
2. 無保証 / No warranty
本アプリは現状のまま提供します。動作・正確さ・継続的な提供を保証しません。機能は予告なく変更・終了することがあります。 本アプリが下書きする日記や文章は機械が生成したもので、事実と異なることがあります。
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change or end without notice. Diary drafts are machine-generated and may be inaccurate.
3. 責任の制限 / Limitation of liability
法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
4. 禁止事項 / Prohibited use
- 法令や公序良俗に反する使い方
- 他人のアカウントやデータを、その人の同意なく使うこと
- 本アプリや関連するサービス（Google・Limitless・OpenAI）に過度の負荷をかけること
Do not use the app unlawfully, use other people's accounts or data without their consent, or place excessive load on the app or related services.
5. 利用者のデータ / Your data
利用者のデータの扱いは プライバシーポリシー のとおりです。日記などのデータは利用者のものです。
Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Your diaries belong to you.
6. 変更 / Changes
この規約を変えるときは、このページを更新します。
If these terms change, this page will be updated.
